Trustee companies are most often associated with drawing up wills and handling estates.

Less well known is their role in providing protection for people who invest in securities, such as debt securities, unit trusts, superannuation schemes and participatory securities such as special partnerships and retirement village schemes.

TCA argues strongly that members of the association are uniquely qualified to fill this important role.
